Losing an hour of sleep is tough, but it's a lot more tolerable when there's free coffee. As we prepare to spring forward this weekend for Daylight Saving Time, Dunkin' is rolling out a free coffee deal that promises to help us cope with the loss of precious sleep. And the best part is, the promo lasts for an entire week.

To get your free coffee or tea (up to $5), all you need to do is place a Dunkin' order of $15 or more on Grubhub from March 12 to March 18. No promo code is needed. Once you reach the order limit, you'll have the option to choose from several hot or cold beverages, including an iced chai latte, cold brew, shot of espresso, hot cappuccino, and over a dozen other drinks.

And Dunkin' isn't alone in their quest to keep you on your toes in the days following Daylight Savings Time—Denny's is also giving away free coffee. The diner will be giving away free coffee to rewards members on Monday, March 13.

To get your free cup, you'll have to access a coffee coupon through Denny's digital wallet feature. Keep in mind that the free coffee offer is available from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time.

For Denny's fans in New York City, you can check out their first pop-up coffee bar in Flatiron Plaza to snag your free cup of coffee on Monday.
