When former Bachelorette and current TV personality Tayshia Adams decided to up the glam factor in her downtown New York City apartment, she turned to the design experts at Williams-Sonoma Home. "My style is very clean and sophisticated, but I like a little bit of an edge to it. Anywhere I can add a little color or spice, I definitely will," Adams says.

To give her SoHo space a feel that's more authentic to her vision, she opted for a pale-toned neutral palette accented with dramatic black moments scattered throughout, gentle gold finishes, and plenty of soft, touchable textures. In fact, keeping everything cozy was paramount because Adams isn't the only one enjoying her fabulously made-over residence. "I absolutely love to entertain, and I want people to feel comfortable, loved, and at home in my space," Adams says. Therefore, making sure nothing—not even the more fragile pieces, including the antique-inspired bar cart—felt too precious was key.

Another element to which she paid extra close attention? Her office, which feels more like a work-from-home palace, is complete with a dark desk that pops against the cool-toned neutrals in the space. That said, it's not so design-centric that it's a distraction when Adams needs to hunker down and get to work. She says, "Having a designated office in my home was so important to me. I wanted to be able to close the door, get creative, have meetings, and just get my work done."

When she's not parked at her desk, she's lounging across the deep, pale sofa in her living space, which is cleverly designed to make it seem a bit bigger. After all, New York City isn't famous for its collection of massive, sprawling apartments with plenty of extra room to spare. So in Adams's residence, the Williams-Sonoma experts created the illusion of a huge living room by using a light color palette and a nifty material: acrylic. Pro tip: Acrylic furniture is ideal for spaces you want to appear bigger because, visually, they don't occupy any real estate. That's the beauty of see-through furniture.

If you're into the idea of incorporating such hardworking pieces in your own space, keep scrolling because we're spilling all the beans. That's right; Adams's beautiful apartment is completely shoppable, so if you love her Lucite coffee table or glamorous bar cart, go ahead and snag it for yourself.

In Adams's dining area, she opted for a classic round pedestal table surrounded by barrel-back chairs. To finish the space, she chose an Old World–inspired crystal chandelier that looks like it was plucked right out of a European castle.

If Mad Men taught us anything, it's that a functional and well-stocked bar cart is a must. Adams's chic pick is proof that the TV personality agrees. Hers, from Williams-Sonoma Home, is called the Beckett, and it's complemented by the wall art just above it.

Adams is a hard worker who feels most productive in a stylish space, a phenomenon we can certainly understand. In her own home office, she selected a sharp-edged writing desk, the James leather swivel desk chair, and a sleek six-drawer dresser. The muted gold-toned table lamp ties it all together.

Living Room

The living room is often the most loved space in anyone's home. After all, it's in the name. In Adams's living room, she went for a light and airy feel with a subtle nod to classic feminine-inspired glamour. Such moments come into play in the details, including The House of Scalamandre animal pillow and faux shagreen tray. As for the bigger pieces, Adams went with a deep square-arm sofa, a totally customizable swivel chair, and of course, the famed acrylic coffee table that's ironically named the Soho (just like Adams's NYC neighborhood).
