With large quantities at notoriously good prices, Costco is a must-visit to stock up on food, drink, and decor before any major summer soiree. But if you want to take your big bash up a couple of notches, might we recommend perusing Costco's furniture section? (You know, once you fill your cart with chips, guacamole, and Kirkland sparkling wine.)

Though the wholesale retailer is known—and loved—for its bulk packages of everyday basics, it also has outdoor offerings that are downright genius. A oversized chair that can accommodate three people and six beverages? Check. A shockingly affordable, modular bar complete with two fire towers? You bet. Most recently, we spotted Sunjoy's Cape Blue Hardtop Screenhouse on a popular Instagram account called @CostcoHotFinds—and we're convinced it's the ultimate summer entertaining essential.

When it comes to throwing a summer party, one of the biggest decisions you'll have to make is whether to host inside or outside. Sure, we all love a hangout al fresco, but you know who else loves it? Mosquitoes. Plus, there's always the concern that inclement weather will ruin the fun. At the same time, no one really wants to stay cooped up inside all day.

Fortunately, Sunjoy's screened-in freestanding porch offers the best of both worlds. It's an instant rain plain, a VIP cabana, and a shady spot to enjoy the summer breeze. Plus, at 12 feet long and 16 wide, it can accommodate all your guests, snacks, and patio furniture.

According to shoppers, setting up Sunjoy's Screenhouse is pretty simple—perhaps the easiest home renovation project you'll complete all summer. With a little elbow grease, you'll end up with a powder-coated frame and galvanized steel roof, both of which look good and are specially designed to resist rust. "The screens have been great minimizing the annoyance of outdoor pests such as mosquitos that otherwise ruin the great outdoors," adds one happy customer. "With the Screenhouse, it's been one of the best summers yet."

Of course, this is Costco we're talking about, so we'd be remiss to gloss over the price. While $3,700 is definitely an investment, it's surprisingly affordable when you think about how much money some people spend to rent a tent for one event. (For some, it's thousands of dollars per party!)

So, whether you want to flex your hosting muscle this summer or just be sure your party plans are made in the shade, prepare to see this porch everywhere. Oh, and don't forget to invite us to your screenhouse soiree!
