It’s no surprise Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa have their own stunning homes. The real estate experts and beloved reality show stars recently got married and bought their second home (plus a currently empty lot!), so it’s only natural we want to know every detail about their shared portfolio. Ahead, learn more about the homes the couple currently owns, the ones they’ve shared in the past, and the ones they plan to frequent soon.

Tarek’s Bachelor Dad Pad

The first home the couple lived in together was actually Tarek’s bachelor dad pad, a Costa Mesa, California bungalow that he bought after his split with Christina Haack. At the same time, they rented out a pied-à-terre in West Hollywood. They spent one to two nights per week there, according to Tarek’s Instagram post.

A Newport Beach Rental

In September 2020, the couple bought their first home together in Newport Beach, California (more on that ahead). During renovations on their new place, they stayed in a Newport Beach rental. They gave a tour of the home to People here.

The Newport Beach Forever Home

The first home Heather and Tarek bought together turned out to be one they never planned to move into. “Tarek originally bought it as a flip but then they decided to make it their new home," a rep for the couple told People. During renovations, they hit a few snags along the way—including significant damage from a flood, which delayed the whole process. But as of November 2021, they've officially moved in.

A Cozy California Cabin

In December 2021, Heather gave a little Instagram video tour of the second home the couple bought together: a cozy California cabin. “It’s so special to me to have a home in the mountains right next to where I grew up, literally next door to where my parents still live,” Heather wrote in an Instagram post.

A New-Build Mountain Home

Heather also revealed that they bought the lot next door to their new cabin, so they can build their own mountain home. “We officially break ground in March, going over plans and designs now but so excited to show you guys the process,” she wrote on Instagram. “This will be our first house that we’re designing and building from scratch.”
