The Real Housewives of New York City is back. The revamped reality show's season 14 premiered on Bravo with an all-new cast, meaning fans have fresh homes to discuss and obsess over.

Ahead of the premiere, fans shared their initial reactions to the homes in a brief tour the network shared on Instagram. It features Erin Dana Lichy’s Tribeca home, Jenna Lyons’s Soho loft, Jessel Taank’s Chelsea apartment, Ubah Hassan’s Columbus Circle residence, Brynn Whitfield’s West Village abode, and Sai De Silva’s Brooklyn home. Like practically everything on the internet, the homes garnered mixed reactions.

Many fans are excited about the new era of the show. Lyons’s Soho loft seems to be a fan favorite. Skewing more maximalist compared to her co-stars’ abodes, the home features a closet the size of most studio apartments with a hallway made of floor-to-ceiling shoe storage. Not to mention, the marble-clad bathroom exudes resort-level luxury.

A few people called out relatable moments throughout the preview. “I, like Ubah, also use my couch to lay on when I’m regretting something,” one commenter shared.

Some longtime fans of the franchise aren’t so happy about the new cast or their residences. “For what they probably spend to live there, these homes are very unimpressive,” one person wrote.

“Idk but the Chelsea apartment is giving me sterile vibes,” another added of Taank’s place, which is furnished with various white seating options.

If fans aren't into the show's drama this season, they can at least take away some home inspiration... or get a kick out of critiquing the abodes.
